Rethinking Healthcare for the Future

I am off to Europe this weekend for just over two months.

The majority of that time will be at RMIT Europe  in gorgeous Barcelona as I’ve recently been awarded the RMIT Europe Fellowship. I will update on my activities as a Fellow from Europe, but mostly, I will be engaged in various workshops and grant writing. There will also be shorter trips while I’m there to other cities in Europe, the last of which will be right at the end, to the Participatory Design Conference in Genk/Hasselt, Belgium.

The very first big-ish event is on July 5. It’s called Rethinking Healthcare for the Future symposium, where I will be moderating the Visionaries Designing Health and Wellness for the Future session. Registration is open, if you follow the link. And it’s happening soon, so hurry if you’re interested.

Related to this, I will also be running a co-creative workshop titled Data for Ageing Well.

I have no doubt the RMIT Europe Fellowship will bring about all kinds of interesting opportunities and challenges. More to come here but do say hello if you’re passing through Barcelona over the next couple of months.
